The two-storey building of the chapter deanery was built in 1820-1822 on the site of older houses, of which their Gothic cellars have been preserved. The Metropolitan Chapter owns the canonical houses and historic residential buildings on the north side of Hradčany Square. The houses are closely linked to the construction of St. Vitus Cathedral, and their building history is rather rich, dating back to the 14th century. The 1st floor of the building is now home to Aspironix, an international provider of medical services. In addition to selling medical devices and distributing medical equipment, Aspironix is significantly involved in introducing innovative technologies into medical practice.
